Help with Silkworm Cocoons  RSS feed

Hello, I was wondering if my silkworms are ready to spin the silk, and they seem to have some evidence that they're ready but as a newbie to this silkworm stuff I don't know..

Yep. Looks about right. You will also see them start wandering away when they are looking for a spot. My mom always used egg cartons to have them spin in, but we were never interested in the silk. She's a teacher.

She literary just opened them up and plopped them in the box. They were the paper type, not plastic or styrofoam.
