Has anybody on here made pizza in a rocket stove designed for making pizza, as well as made pizza in a wood fired pizza oven? How do they compare? In a wood fired pizza oven you have to get the floor temperature right or the bottom of the pie gets done before the top, then you have to hold the pie up with the peel towards the top of the dome to get it done. Are there less issues with the rocket stove pizza oven or are they about the same?
Following.....Great questions. I am betting this will be a super interesting thread. Thanks for submitting these to the group!! I would have thought a rocket stove would be too hot for pizza. So I am interested in learning more too!
