Excellent!....Thank you much for the photos, Dez.  The hydrant pics are showing me just what I need to know if we finally dig up an ailing hydrant on the property and either fix in place or move to a new location.  The hose clamps are are easily obtained and installed and it looks like you have a T-coupler screwed into the bottom of the hydrant.  Currently ours is at a dead-end, so we would use a J-coupler, but if we move it to a new location somewhere within the current water line, it's good to know we can just splice it in to the current line with the T-couple concept.

Nice projects......so many of us end up doing our tasks and repairs solo; it must be quite beneficial and enjoyable to have many helping hands alongside!  Looking forward to seeing the glass/glazing installed on the face of the solarium.

POST 447 (DAY 457, Tuesday, 2021.11.09)
[Morning Entry]

….. grateful for a body that heals.. grateful for people who care.. most of all grateful for the key to life.. I was sick in bed yesterday for the first time in several years.. it was a reminder to me that my rhythm was off for too long.. there’s a reason why I my top value in life is Wellness.. without it, my Music goes to a death like state.. I’m not happy, not laughing, not having fun, and my body wears out.. I needed this time to recenter and reprioritize my values.. a wake up call so to speak.. everyone plays Music or a Song that they play with their energy and rhythm.. sometimes it’s a Song that resonates, and other times it’s disharmonious.. looking back at why I came here and why I left my past is where my spirit took me while I was resting in bed all day.. I had pushed myself too far off my Wellness track before.. and here I was doing it again.. not because anyone asked me to.. but because I somehow justified its rationale.. so today I redraw this line to honor my Wellness priority.. :) ….. refocus..

Sorry for the failure Dez, I'd love to see close-ups of what went wrong so I can guide people better in the future!

POST 448 (DAY 458, Wednesday, 2021.11.10)
[Morning Entry]

Mike—no worries.. it’s all an experiment anyways.. let’s see what we learn once I investigate further! Thanks for all you do..!

….. grateful for people who care.. grateful for organic breakfast.. grateful for opportunity to plug-in to a homestead lifestyle instead of having to start from scratch on my own.. it’s easy to take for granted the things that are already established here, when the focus is on “what can I GET?”.. the challenge appears when focus is shifted to “how can I GIVE?”.. I call it a service attitude.. years of customer service experience (about 2 decades), and I’m still learning how to serve better.. serve the community as well as myself.. it’s so very important to be mindful of ones own wellness and to prioritize it!.. it isn’t selfish to put on your own oxygen mask before trying to help someone put theirs on.. it’s the least selfish thing someone can do.. you are important.. YOU are important.. you ARE important.. you are IMPORTANT!.. gosh darn it!.. seriously.. tell yourself nice things if you don’t already.. offer yourself the space and time to feed your soul.. it’s the “scrum-trulesence” of life.. as you may recall, these entries are kind of a journal for myself, as well as an inside look to my journey for those others who may be interested.. so I’m talking to me as much as the other “you's”..
….. gratitude always brings me back to what’s important.. gratitude means remembering and acknowledging that I have it pretty darn good.. and that I’m willing to be of good cheer instead of sulking in darknesses.. many blessings are ahead.. and this is just the beginning.. much love.. let’s go!!
