So I found out about huglekulture just recently...And decided it would be better than a raised bed...We have water issues...And I'm not an experienced gardener..

It's nearing the end of May...Just had the mini excavator (had to wait until it was free as in...no cost) dig out the trenches and piled in my logs and branches and then emptied two 50 lb bags of composted manure onto it...

In my head I heard compost and not manure?

Do I need to dig it out? I don't want it to burn my seedlings..

Thank you

Just toss plenty of soil over the top of the mound and you'll be fine.  Your woody core will lock up a good bit of the nitrogen in the manure anyway, I wouldn't worry about it too much....plus you could just plant really hungry plants like pumpkins, etc.
