  Hello everyone,
I am raffling off my property in Costa Rica.  It is not a large property but could be considered a micro-permaculture farm due to all the organic fruit trees and edible plants.  There are three terraces behind the houses' that are perfect for gardening, as well as a lot of raised beds throughout the property.
It's located on the Osa Peninsula just minutes away from the trail entrance into Corcovado National Park, the most biodiverse place on the planet. This private and secure property is perfect for a hostel, restaurant, vacation home or permanent residence. 7567 square feet in total, with a 1066 square foot main house, a 218 square foot cabina, and a 13,500 gallon in ground pool(could be converted to tilapia pond).
Producing fruit trees: one yellow coconut, one green coconut, one rambutan, four limes, one moringa, one nance.  There is also a cacao tree that is around 2 years old(they produce around 4 years), and another cacao that is a bit younger as well as a young breadfruit.
Edible plants: Passionfruit, sugarcane, ginger, tumeric, several bananas, pineapples, and several types of greens(katuk, bele, chaya)

The property is completely fenced with a six foot fence so it's perfect for dogs or chickens.  I even for a brief time had two piglets there.

Entries start at $99, with discounts for multiple entries.  If there are 2000 entries, the winner will also receive $10,000.  I pay all fees and taxes in Costa Rica to get the property transferred into the winners’ name.
5% of every entry will be donated to an animal rescue that I am a foster home for, Osa Peninsula Rescue and Adoptions.

Thank you

Would anybody like some fudge? I made it an hour ago. And it goes well with a tiny ad ...
