Anyone have any experience with this, or know where I can purchase some? The biomass production looks incredible and would increase the amount of fodder I can produce on my small homestead.

That looks like a c4 grass to me, I have no specifics on this grass but in general c4 grasses require lots of heat and good moisture to grow, under the perfect conditions though nothing I know of produces biomass as quickly as a c4 grass. The website you linked mentioned that this is a tropical grass, if you live in a more temperate region it would probably winter kill. There are a variety of c4 grasses for more temperate regions that can survive winter.

Did you ever get any further with investigating this?
