After ten years of searching, I have found the perfect location to create a dream: a permaculture community.

I'm looking for a partner to join me in this journey.

A bit about me.

I have always been passionate about protecting and caring for the earth. I started thinking the permaculture way when I was 8 when I learned that trees produce the oxygen that we breathe and my pester power persuaded my parents to plant an oak tree in the garden. My passion for permaculture was born, even though I didn't know the word!

From as far back as I can remember, I have felt a desire to be deeply connected with nature. Playing in the rain as a child, getting up before dawn to listen to the dawn chorus, being a scout master in my late teens, organizing survival expeditions for young offenders in my twenties, working on the land with special needs people in a camphill community and living off grid in a Scottish woodland for four years in a self-made shelter with a wood burning stove...

I have been working as a Permaculture teacher for 10 years now and after a long search and a few temporary projects, I have finally found a permanent location for my own permaculture demonstration site, on the Isle of Skye (Scotland)!

This is a budding permaculture/nature culture based community. With workshop space, amazing nature and wildlife and space for people to create their own dreams. You have to see it to believe it. Seals, otters, eagles, dolphins, many many birds all share this paradise with us. I have space for more people to join in to create abundance together.

My passion is sharing what I learned while living amongst the trees. I love helping people to reconnect to the Earth. It gives me so much joy to see how much it helps people and to see how welcoming nature is.

You can see more on my website. Please do email me if you'd like to investigate.

Hi Ludwig

I drove past there earlier this year, it is a nice part of the world.  Something seemed to be "going on" but we couldn't quite work out what so we went away again!  I wish you well and will look in on your website to see how things develop.  At the moment I am fairly well rooted in Staffordshire, but you never know!

I spent some time in Dunoon on as a child.  My dream has always been to return to the UK.  Be my pen pal??

Hi Chris,
Real life keeps me busy. I'm not the best person to keep a written relationship going. You're better off with other people.
Hi Hester,
I hope you'll be able to visit bonny Skye again some day. Please do come for a cuppa.
