I would like to ask folks that see today's new video to do the facebook "share" thing.    There are lots of ways to do this.  one is while you watch the video at

click on the "share" button and you will see facebook as an option.  Click on that.

I'm curious to see a bunch of different things from asking this of people.

i recommend joining local gardening/permaculture pages and sharing the video there.  i think more people who would be interested would see it that way.

Good point!

I know that I shared it on four or five facebook pages as part of the experiment.

So here's the results of the experiment.

The video currently has 1393 views and is almost 48 hours old.  It appears on 149 facebook pages.

The awesome part is that I think 149 facebook pages is a lot!  Neat!

The flip side is - since the view count seems kinda average, I wonder how many people see the video on facebook and actually watch it.  I'll be able to gather those stats soon.

So I looked at the tiny house vid.  Currently on 72 facebook pages.  6225 views (a LOT of views for a video six days old).  Total traffic from facebook:  106.  Total traffic from appearing at the top of permies:  1550.

No holds barred. And no bars holed. Except this tiny ad:
