I have been thinking about soaking/fermenting 100-200lbs in a plastic drum once a week and just scooping out of that to cut the layer feed 50/50 for both the pigs and chickens. They will both get supplemental feed from forging (we rotate our chickens too). I guess I could even soak it overnight too, just to make it easier to digest.
