The people portrayed in the movie is from all stages in life and from around the world with various different types of cancer. The majority of them try a predominantly vegan dietary therapy called the Gerson diet.

If you follow that first link, it talks about how Paul supported the Kickstarter campaign to make the movie, so he had early access from that. There are links in that thread to more information, including a trailer, etc. about the movie. It's not available publicly yet, but should be available later in 2018.
