I'm in a mode of put an egg on it!

Sort of like Portlandia's "put a bird on it." Heh.

Tonight, I cooked eggs in the top of my beef stew like you would Shashuka. My watery stew is now far better!

At a friend's, they made vegetarian Korean bean-veg--and-rice bowls and we put fried eggs on top. Yum.

My friend brought me ratatouille and lentils. SO nice with a fried egg on top!

People like to put fried eggs on their burgers, in a sandwich, and even on a steak.

What dish do you "put an egg on it?"

Hi, Sometimes I take extra eggs and make the Chinese 1000 yr egg. Since it takes months to make them I time the ripening process to end in winter.  The extra protein is welcome that time of the year, especially if it saves me from having to fish in -10F weather.
