I only avoid oxidized cholesterol in processed foods like nasty powdered eggs. This is the bad stuff that you want to stay away from.
I eat as much natural cholesterol from meat, whole eggs, butter etc as I want. I used to have cholesterol of 124 years ago and was sick a lot and tired all the time. Now my cholesterol is 190 and I am rarely sick and when I am, I get over it quick. I also have great energy and don't consume caffeine. I actually would like to get my cholesterol a bit higher as women with the highest cholesterol live the longest.
I love bacon and sausage: Venison in a crock pot with apples onions lots of seasoning.sided wish mashed potatoes..baked beans cole slaw anda nice thick gravy made from the drippings..A glass of white wine and a loaf of home made bread..If that clogs my arteries i will die having been very happy ....LIFE IS GOOD
A pheasant with a nice sausage based stuffing bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins., Baked beans, bread, tossed salad,pasta.....MMMMMM I just hope i go quick in the middle of one of these meals fit for a king.
