My grandfather died at the age of 97.  He ate bacon and eggs every morning for breakfast for years.  Maybe all his life.

The book Nourishing Traditions states that we need fat, particularly animal fat, for the body to function normally.

I have contended for years that stress kills more people annually than cholesterol does!

"Lighten up" and enjoy that BLT.  (Or better yet, try it on a PB & J, Mmm)

I only avoid oxidized cholesterol in processed foods like nasty powdered eggs. This is the bad stuff that you want to stay away from.

I eat as much natural cholesterol from meat, whole eggs, butter etc as I want. I used to have cholesterol of 124 years ago and was sick a lot and tired all the time. Now my cholesterol is 190 and I am rarely sick and when I am, I get over it quick. I also have great energy and don't consume caffeine. I actually would like to get my cholesterol a bit higher as women with the highest cholesterol live the longest.

I just wish that I could get bacon that was traditionally cured. Modern food takes too many shortcuts.
