The 40-acre chunk has not sold as far as I know. There might be at least one offer on the 200-acre chunk, though I'm not sure how serious.

They are all still available for sale. I think Tim arrives next week.

Hi Jocelyn and Paul,
Thanks for the update on this fine July afternoon. I've looked at the rough sketch showing the parcels relationship to Wheaton labs etc. I see the road in marked "BC" can you tell me what that means, and tell me how i could locate the 40 acre parcel to view it through google map or other satellite spyware? If you are concerned about formerly expressed concern with making your location entirely public and having a horde of visitors, and possibly some guerilla vandalism and such, could you email me, or purple me? I have no desire to besmirch my good name by violating your privacy or disclosing your secrets.

And with what I am involved with, it is not possible for me to make the quick stealth visit. To get there would require so much preplanning on my part, I would not risk all that effort on just showing up and taking it from there.

I'm just curious about things like the aspect and slope of the land, vegetation all that. I like it that it is adjacent to your neighborhood and gub'mint land, until something happens with that, it would be OK, and there are some contingencies for which we cannot prepare.

Thanks Thekla

Thekla,

Send me email: paul at richsoil.com. I guess the most important thing I need to hear about at this point is: are you in a position to buy the land outright?
