Hi Paul,

I love your list, what you're doing and most importantly why you're doing it.  I want to help . . . a lot.  I'd especially like to help you with the coin part.  I was hoping we could discuss . . .

Here's the short version:

I'm offering three options at https://CruxHomes.com

  • Sets of trusses, drawings and instructions as a kit to build your own CruxHome
  • Complete turnkey construction of a new CruxHome
  • Some combination of the two where I help you build (How much I help depends on skill, desire, funds, etc.)

  • I would like to sell all of my truss kits through Permies.com for several reasons:

  • I would like you to get a percentage of each sale to help fund your efforts (because I think permaculture is quite literally going to save the world)
  • I would like to benefit from the reach of Permies.com
  • Everyone should know about permaculture and Permies.com, anyone who would buy a CruxHome kit from me should certainly know about Permies.com and I'm hoping to point a bunch of brains in your direction

  • Additionally, I would love to collaborate with you.  I have thoughts of residential developments of CruxHomes to gather like-minded folk; I already have some initial outside interest in this concept.  I know my way around a building, but my knowledge of the other components of permaculture is lacking.  If I get into developing lots or creating a whole development, I want to fully utilize permaculture principles in the execution of those projects.  I would like help with this from you, someone from your team or someone whom you recommend (for a consulting fee of course).  And to be frank, I want your input on what I'm doing in general.  I want you to tell me what I could be doing better.  I'd be happy to work out the details if you're interested.  Please feel free to contact me at your convenience to discuss.

    Cheers,
    CJ

This sounds like a perfect fit for thread boost!  Have you tried our spiffy thread boost?

I'm on the verge . . . I've exchanged some moosages with Craig to get a better handle on what's what, but last week I got an RFQ which has taken some time.  My potential clients (all the way in Kentucky) want some extra goodies like PVs and a cistern.  Would it be better for me to boost this thread or this one https://permies.com/p/704808?

    *EDIT*

    I boosted https://permies.com/p/704808?

    Let's how it works . . .

Thanks for the help and the support!

I would think the latter, as that seems more like your company page. You could also add some of the information to that thread from this thread so all the info is in one place.

Paul might have a better understanding of this than I do, though!

I think "similar threads" is probably the smartest thing to try.
