Nice setup for an operation his size.  He does need some more shade trees, as Australia gets some brutal summer heat.

If we MUST mass produce eggs (and I guess we must) then this is a great way to do it.  I am very picky about my eggs that is why I raise my own egg layers.  But I would buy his eggs and feel good about it.
