I've been trying to search for an opportunity to live and work on a sheep/ alpaca farm to learn the entire process of fiber textiles! I absolutely love working with alpaca and sheep wool yarn and my curiosities have peaked. Time to immerse myself in the world of this! If you know of any opportunities to work for a wage, or even a work exchange, any where in the world, it would be much appreciated. I've worked and managed a vegetable market garden for two years so some experience working on farms is there. I would really love to stay in New Zealand for awhile.

Have you tried contacting your local fiber art guilds? I found a spinning guild local to me through google. Maybe someone will know someone who knows someone...
