Can anyone tell me if this is an herb or something??

No I don't believe it's ragweed it stands almost 6 feet tall. Man I wish I had a picture of it when it was green.

Can anyone tell me if this is an herb or something??

So I noticed this about August and it had kind of spikey leaves then. Now it is brown and dried and I thought maybe this is an herb. any help would be greatly appreciated.
