Great timing! Looking to put together Perennial Forage seed balls to inoculate some of my pastures and woodlots with good forages for livestock (skewed towards the piggies).

Since the coffee grinds float this also eliminates the sometimes hard down press with a french press where the screen filter gets clogged up with the grinds (I like a finer grind extraction). Also, simpler matter to knock the spent grinds from this filter into the compost pile versus scraping them out of the french press. Nice!

More details on his animal management within the Krameterof. What specifically are the different species' diets comprised of? In this video, he appears to be feeding something to the sheep; what is it? How much of the pigs' diet is man harvested as opposed to pig harvested? Same for the fish. Does he have off-farm inputs for the animals or is everything sourced for the animals on farm?

Most likely an outdoor light that got turned on while you were filming. You're camera is bouncing all over the place but at one point you can clearly see the horizon has shifted dramatically from before. Thus the light would appear to be "flying" about when what is really happening is that your camera is tilting all over the place. Of course, it could be aliens which would be way cooler than your shaky camera work <g> ...

We have a new tradition on ranch to pickup everyone's curbside dumped christmas tree to use as bedding and winter footing for our scottish highland cattle and berkshire pigs. Somewhat in the same vein as the post-Halloween pumpkin field gleaning.
