How do we make permaculture and true sustainability cooler/accessible?
Should we focus on food? shelter? energy? heating? income producing assets? or other cost saving strategies?

On the internet I hear about the 10% rule, when an idea reaches 10% of the people it gets adopted widely.
It's for IndieGoGo - still worth watching if you're interested in crowdsourcing.

  • I would like to take this moment to show my appreciation for FreeRapid downloader
FreeRapid is an easy to use Java downloader that supports downloading from Rapidshare, Youtube, Facebook, Picasa and other file-sharing services, include the new ones like
Simply copy and paste your links from a browser to this application. FreeRapid Downloader will handle the rest itself. No more clicking or uncomfortable waiting. Download 1080P Youtube without adverts and watch anywhere you please without that annoying swirly buffering hourglass thing.
Great results! I see the importance of exceeding the target for stretch goals!

It was also my intention to cut & re-upload the video elsewhere for folk to watch/download but i'm travelling with a busted slow laptop and not the usual tools at my disposal. deferred success.

    can't argue with the view:

Hi, could we have higher bitrate podcasts? Bandwidth is less of an issue for broadband users today and as a consequence most 'commercial' podcasters record at 128K @44.1KHz perhaps allow users still on dial-up to download the low-fi version.
As permies moves to more paid-for-podcast-content model, I feel it necessary to alert you guys to improve the audio quality.

    love everything you do here
