Hi,
I have been wanting to install about 3500 gallon tank that will be used as a rainwater catchment storage unit in my backyard.
I have search high and low on the Internet - found a couple of companies that provide plastic tanks - but their information about their tanks being BPA-Free is inconsistent. I have called the company and dealers and their response is 'yes - it's BPA free' with the exception of one company that mentioned that they aren't 100% confidant that the plastic rain harvesting tanks are really BPA-free. The only information that is consistent across all these websites is that their tanks are 'FDA/NSF Approved Food Grade' tanks, which makes me want to believe that if they were truly BPA-Free - it would be another great selling point and the companies/dealers would highlight it in a big bold font to attract customers.
For form of advice/suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Sharham
