This sounds AMAZING! I would LOVE to come to Denmark to do this. I have years of permaculture experience growing in many diverse climates. I do have a support dog and would have to figure out travel expenses to come there, but I have the Passport. I would love to chat more about this!

It's probably too late in the season as it will be getting cold and camping will be out of the question but, I do have some experience around horses. Very basic, some feeding, leading and cleaning, a little picking and brushing. Like I said, very very basic. BUT, I DO have a great deal of permaculture/bioremediation experience. I am currently living on 100 acre horse "farm" in Iowa where I also host an Air Bnb but am really looking for something that fits my nature to learn and grow more exactly. Hi Jules. I'm so very much interested in this. I am currently on a horse ranch in Iowa. I really hadn't connected to horses before coming here, but love all animals and have quickly developed a major love for horses now. They are, after all, a symbol of freedom. Think spirit horse, wind horse. Anyway... I am a big time green thumb turned more ecologist/natural gardener, hence permies. I don't really post here so Im sure I miss alot of opportunities. Anyway. where abouts in South Carolina are you? I am very familiar with Growing in subtropical conditions. My primary permaculture education was in North Central Florida where a friend and I rented a few different parcels of land where we instituted natural growing/permaculture designs into our homestead. I have experience growing for butterflies and pollinators as well. I am currently in Illinois visiting friends and family after being away for the past several years. I would like to discuss further what it it you might need there as far as help. I am a nonsmoker, drug free, and drink infrequently and primarily socially. I am responsible and am currently on a prospecting adventure scouting for an opportunity that will be the right fit. Let's start a dialogue.
