I give these dvds 10 out of 10 acorns!

I bought the digital downloads and I felt the series was definitely worth the $20.  They're full of information, easy to follow, and have high production value which makes it a joy to watch.  I would suggest this to others.

TLDR:  I drink raw milk from grass fed Jersey cows and my lifelong allergies have disappeared.

Details:  From birth until age 30 I've had pretty bad seasonal allergies, hay fever, animal allergies, things like that.  My sinuses were perpetually swollen, so at any given time breathing through my nose was like trying to breath through coffee straws.  I tried every different prescription medication they had.  Most of them did nothing and made me sleepy.  The best of them, Claritin/Loratadine, worked if I took it ahead of time and only made me a little sleepy.

At 30 years old I was listening to a Paul Podcast where he was talking to Sally Fallon about raw milk.  They talked at length about how raw milk was so much better and healthier than pasteurized.  Since I live close to South Carolina, and it's legal down there, I decided to try this crazy raw milk thing.

After 3-4 days of drinking raw milk I noticed that I was having a 'good' allergy day.  My sinuses weren't that swollen and I could (almost) breath out of my nose.  A rare event indeed.  I was happy for my 'good luck' that day.

After 7 days of drinking raw milk I started making the connection.  Never in the history of my life did I have 4 days in a row of 'good' allergy days.  Never.  Something was going on here.  But what changed?  Could it be that raw milk thing?  The Paul and Sally podcast did not mention allergies.  If raw milk could effect allergies surely Sally would have mentioned it?  Well, let's keep going and see what happens.

10 days in and I felt AMAZING.  Capitalized letters needed because I can't describe in text how good I felt.  My allegies had shrunk to almost nothing.  Just imagine having to deal with some level of allergies every single day of your entire life - and then they almost disappear in a few days.  Wut?!  I felt like a million bucks!

14 days and my allergies are gone.  Yes, gone.  There is no residual hay fever, my sinuses are not swollen at all, they're 100% gone.  I'm certain it's the raw milk.  It's the only thing I changed.  I did not expect this.  Sally talked about vitamins a lot in that podcast so I started drinking the raw milk just to be generically healthier.  I had no idea it would do anything to my allergies.  I had no idea it was even possible to cure allergies!  Who would have thought that a podcast could change your life?

That was about 5 years ago.  I've been allergy free since, and I thank God Paul every day that I listened to that podcast and started to drink raw milk.  I love nature.  I love being outside.  But I did not love the resulting itchy eyes, sneezing, and snot afterwards.  Now I can go outside at whenever time of year, inhale whatever kind of pollen there is, without any fear.  I see a car covered in yellow spring pollen and without fear I jump in and drive off.  I'm sitting here now typing this message while I'm breathing through my mouth like a normal person.  Who would have thought?!

Raw milk is awesome and I recommend it to everyone.

Follow up:  I've since confirmed that it was the raw milk.  I went on vacation for 2 weeks at one point and had no access to raw milk.  Over the course of the 2 weeks I did a reverse of the timeline I posted above, ending with my full blown allergies being completely back.  When I got back home and started back on the raw milk I went through that 2 week process forwards, ending in my current allergy-free state.
