I have a Super Tomahawk Grinder from approx. 1983. ( Mine was made by W-W Grinder Co. but is like the Troybilt) I have everything up and running but when I took off old 5L350 V-belt and put on a new 5L350 the tightness put a great deal of tension on the clutch pulley and of course made pulling the starter rope very difficult. I temporarily put old belt on. Does any know what would be the problem. The adjustable tension bolts for belt tightening were backed off to the point of no pressure being applied. Thanks in advance. PS There is no idler pulley setup on this years model.
