Hey man, loved watching your videos following the development of your project. I also built a soap bubble project in the UK and just made a video describing a few more details that I never included on my site.
It looks like you would benefit from using a different screen material. Check out the materials I tried at the end of the video. We built a generator that produced 3 cubic meters of bubbles using a heavy sports fabric.
