What are people who bought in a subdivision, right near a school, to do in a "fence out" area of Arizona when you're not allowed a front yard fence?
(We were not made aware of cattle, either. They are usually gone by sun up. Who would think of this issue in a city subdivision?)
They trample the landscape stones and eat the few plants before they can get a good start. Motion detectors with lights and noises don't phase them.
