Howdy! I'm gonna send you a PM message soon, I am very interested in talking further. To answer your question: I have high ideals, but am definitely a realist. I've had many adventures and they've toughened me so that reality takes precedence over whimsical and impractical notions. If I'd been "up in the clouds" during some of the experiences in my life, I would've probably died. So yes sir, I am a realist. Your land is in such a beautiful spot. Mount Mitchell is nearby y'all and that's my favorite mountain. The whole Blue Ridge Mountains are such a dear place to me.
