This dream needs others and can not be done alone.
We need free thinkers, builders, growers, healers, artists, musicians, etc. the list goes on. 
Land with springs and streams with south facing areas ideal. Off the grid is the goal, a self-reliant village. Alternative forms of energy production. Using our creative brilliant permaculture minds together is key to building a working running system that works. Home ideas, Yurts, geodesic domes, earth ships, Mike Oehler style underground houses. A definite need is underground year round greenhouses. For fun Natural swimming hole/pond. A requirement of the mind, Living far outside the box and being able to dream big and really believe in that dream, even when people say it can't be done you do it anyway.
The vision: A community area to include, Gardens, fire circle for voluntary social gatherings, outdoor/indoor kitchen/community hall, Office/library internet area, kids community wild schooling/play area, community cob craft cottages ( palatable cob) Each one (built in a large circle) for a different work /craft space. Leather works, sewing, Jewelry repair/ making, wood works, painting, etc. For all to share and care for.
A back chunk of the property for privacy and private living spaces with enough room to relax and self reflect even a personal garden space.
A front part of the property with good road access to designate as public space for future plans of world domination( lol hehehe, just kidding, I couldn't resist) really for educational outreach, gatherings, events, healing retreats, etc.
I will say the plan needs to be able to flow and be flexible, "sometimes on the way to a dream we get lost and find a better one" ( quote by unknown Author). We never know Divine's plan for us, being open and flexible is a positive thing. Of course getting back to nature should be important and on the top of the list. I am vegetarian, ( you don't need to be) I would love to have animal systems in the works. Chickens for eggs, milk share with goats and sheep, for dairy, cheeses and soap making possibly wool too. If villagers want to raise their own meat, that could be possible with humane permaculture principles and or ethical hunting practices.
My hope is to create and live in a village where all walks of life can co-exists. Have a conversation about our differences, our beliefs, ideas and be okay without anger, fear or judgement. With a bit of childlike curiosity you can see from a new perspective and still respectively disagree. If you can do that, come join us. Open Minded.
I am a wiccan priestess and nature and earth is the main reason for my spiritual path. I am very open about who I am and don't plan on hiding it. I would like to have events like Pagan pride and or full moon drum circles, etc. You are welcome to join in or stay out but just be open to them happening, because Freedom is of the utmost importance. I am open to all other paths. Can you be open to mine? There is no right or wrong when it comes to Spiritual truths in my opinion. Freedom is key, no mask, no jab. Are you able to see past the fear used to control us? Join me in healthy freedom of the mind and body.
We are all beautiful and unique pieces of this giant picture we call the Universe. When it comes to all beliefs, spiritual, fiscal, political, mental, personal, etc. we, as those puzzle pieces, can create one amazing and unique picture (village) if we put all our different ideas in ,to work together for the greater good of all community members and the world around us.

PS. Something I forgot to mention. No cigarettes, No drugs, on land at all. In your own private space you may partake in alcohol as long as it doesn't become a problem for yourself or other villagers. 420 is not recreationally legal in Idaho and would need to be discussed and agreed upon by village members in the future.
