For the snow load kit it is rated 25lbs/sqft after installation. As for the Ascent, the roof is a lot easier to keep clean. Typically snow will fall off but if any collects you can always use a broom to brush it off.

Our frames have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. The panels have a 10-year warranty. I don't know what their end of life looks like, but if there are any issues or defects our warranty should cover it. All replacement parts come directly from us. We keep them in stock in our local warehouse.

Anything that falls under a manufacturer defect is covered by our warranty. If the greenhosue collapses due to weather conditions, the warranty does not cover that because it is out of our hands.
