Not sure if this post is still active, but we are working on starting a Covid-conscious community. But only 2/3 acre of land (between our home, and the land under the 2 cabins that make up the community). However, there are parcels in our county and neighboring counties that have a lot more land than we do (and some more isolated than us, our place is in a small neighborhood with neighbors 200 feet away, so long-term it would be hard to host vanlife, but happy to share tips on places nearby with dispersed camping.
We're happy to share challenges we've faced, and what we learned that we wish we had known at the beginning. We're still working on it and came up with a detailed informational googledoc that grew and grew as we learned more and more. The biggest challenges have been differences of understanding about what "fragrance-free" meant and what "Covid Cautious" means.
Happy to connect and talk. I tried to join the discord but the link no longer works (it says "invite invalid")
