Compostme you are entirely correct, pragmatically speaking, unfortunately. The emotional response I had listening to it, more than watching it, however, was sincerely and utterly personal, without regard for anyone else's intentions. A 13 year old boy to whom I forwarded it, has been listening to the song, the words, every day and loves it. Again, regardless of the realities of marketing, it serves, for him, as a personal validation of his "differentness". I noticed, too, that there is a monthly fee to join and then I can be bombarded with emails about practicing my wayseer-ness. I appreciate your comments for their value in keeping me grounded, but I sure do love those ecstatic moments, wherever they originate. Did you feel it too?
