This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Homesteading.

Note that this BB is a compound BB.  To complete this BB, you must complete four of the BBs on this list and then submit links to those three completed BBs.

For this badge bit, you must :
  - complete three badge bits from this list:
       - use tractor and back blade to plow snow
          - at least a hundred yards of road
          - at least one parking area
       - sand, prime and paint a rusty patch on a piece of equipment
          - at least 4 square inches (about 2 inches by 2 inches)
       - clean/repair/improve the gutters
          - make sure the gutters are in good repair and draining to a proper spot
       - spring cleanup
          - after the snow has melted and before the grasses have started to grow
          - fill a pickup bed with stuff that somehow “went missing” the rest of the year
              - tools
              - materials
              - garbage
       - removing unwanted fence
          - at least 100 feet of fence
          - proper storage of materials
       - install proper fire starting, fire maintenance, and ash handling tools at a fire-burning contraption
          - each item is labeled that it goes with this location
          - poker and tongs
          - metal ash bucket and scoop
      - build a rock jack
  - post the links to your three BBs showing they are completed
