General
There is a lot of metalworking that can be done in an apartment.  At the very least, re-shape a pop can or a soup can into something useful.  

The PEA version of metalworking is focused heavily on working with sheet metal, filing, sandpaper, and small solder tasks. It makes use of soda, soup, and coffee cans, as well as sheet metals, wires, and other purchased materials. Just because blacksmithing or major welding are off of the table, doesn’t mean you can’t improve your metalworking repertoire.

  - build a kindling cracker - 4.5 points
  - rmh scoop - ½ point
  - Dress up a mushroomed chisel or splitting wedge - ½ point

Metal shaping projects
  - turn a box end wrench into a spoon carving knife - 2 points
  - make a key fob - ½ point
  - make 6 coat/tool hangers from old flatware - ½ point
  - make 4 cabinet door knobs from railroad spikes - 1.5 points
  - make a dish draining tray - ½ point

solder/brazing projects:
  - square/rectangle trivet from pipe  - ½ point
  - towel bar - ½ point
  - boot drying rack - 1 point
  - shoe rack - 1 point
  - small table - 1 point
  - pot/pan hanger - 1 point

pop can projects:  
  - create a soda can alcohol stove - ½ point
  - candle reflector - 1 point
  - cell phone holder - ½ point
  - 6 cookie cutter shapes - ½ point
  - small box with fitted lid - 1 point
  - small box with a hinged lid - 1 point
  - open top tray with separations to hold loose screws and nuts - 2 points
  - mirror  - ½ point

  - make 50 pieces of flat aluminum from cans (3 inches by 8 inches)   - 1.5 points

convert a wire hanger (or thick wire) to
