This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Greywater and Willow Feeders.

For this Badge Bit you will build a poor man’s septic tank for a greywater system.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
   Show, and explain, how the sinkers and floaters go in, but sinkers and floaters don’t come out
   need access for inspection and pumping
   probably a barrel, but could be something larger
   buried where it will be safe from freezing
