This badge bit (BB) is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in textiles.

In this project, you will sew a shoulder bag from oilcloth.

How to Make Authentic Oilcloth

Minimum requirements:
  - use natural fabrics like cotton, linen, or canvas
  - minimum size: 10" x 12" not including the handle/shoulder strap
  - two compartments or multiple pockets

To document completion of the BB, provide proof of the following as pics or video (< 2 minutes):
  - The fabric, oil/wax, and tools you will use for your project
  - Sewing the shoulder bag about halfway through
  - Finished shoulder bag (perhaps with a tape measure)

Clarification: you can use the oilcloth you made for the Transform 1-yard of fabric into oilcloth BB.
