Add a window or door to a finished wall - PEM BB building.straw.windowordoor

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Building.

When you take over an older property, there are often buildings that don't quite fit your needs.  Luckily, with a bit of head scratching, we can usually modify them to work better.  Paint, trim and other surface details aren't too risky but let's try to poke a big hole in a wall without the house falling down.  Let's add a window or door to a finished wall!

Minimum requirements:
  - Framed to be load bearing
       - Even if it's not a load bearing wall
  - Install a door or window into an existing finished wall

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The wall before you begin the project
  - The opening created
  - Show that the new framing is load bearing
  - The door or window installed
  - Trim and finishing touches completed
