Hello, and I'm sorry for the lack of information on the pictures. Please refer to the new attached pictures below for the description and the explanation.

Picture 1: Inversion table went to my wife's treatment room (she's a natural healer).
Picture 2: Little desk went inside our house for our little kid homeschool ( tried to sell it but no one wanted to pay my asking price).
Picture 3: Hello bin with clay for crafts went inside the house as it should. (that's the best spot we could find for it).
Picture 4: Little cooler hanging on the ceiling now instead off hanging on top of other items.
Picture 5 & 6: the lights cages have wheels and I don't really have a spot for them, so they just get moved from place to place on the garage (they are big, so hard to find a spot).
Picture 7 & 8: the bikes get moved from place to place, as this is the nature of bikes as they get used.
Picture 9: The blue bucket now is on a corner on the garage.
Mess picture 1: Hand truck is and it has been at a friends house for a while, but it's going on my shed now not the garage. black and yellow bin, is on the attic empty now. boxes on top of the pink slide and black and yellow bin were give aways and they are gone (donated). pink wooden slide was part of a bed we sold, so had two move it out and gave it to the new owners of the bed. plastic bin under the pink slide is on my garden shed now, it's fire wood, so that's a better place for it.
Mess picture 2: Chair holding the box is on the attic as is part of a set, but we don't have space for it inside the house. Nerf guns and basket, donated to same charity as the give away boxes. Cabinet slide basket box donated as well. Little red fire truck sold it. Yellow vacuum on box, sold as well.

Thank you for your time!

Note: I'm sorry but you still appear to have just mainly moved "non-shop stuff" out of your shop.  This BB is intended for taking a dirty, disheveled shop and cleaning it up and organizing the tools/materials so that it is a lovely place to do work in.  Your shop looks lovely in the first pictures, you just had a bunch of garage sale stuff in the middle of the room.

- for purposes of this BB, a "shop" is a covered work space.  It can be a dual purpose space (garage for cars sometimes and wood working other times).  It can be open sided or enclosed.

To get certified for this BB, post at least two pictures:
- a before picture
- an after picture that shows significant improvement and at least 1 hour hour of work

Without a basement or attic, this shed of mine has a LOT of jobs to do,  including tool and garden storage,  scrap wood storage,  rabbit care supplies, herb drying AND a covered work space when needed.    It gets messy and cluttered pretty quickly and needs a season clean out and re-organize.   It takes about 4 hours if I'm thorough,  and yesterday was the day!

It's been too long since I've done a major cleaning and organizing of my Hobbit Hole metalsmithing studio/shop.  Focusing on the sand badge for tool care gave me the final nudge to do this.  When I look at my photos I wonder where the time went, but overall I spent about 8 hours on this task.  What you don't see are the piles of dirt, dust, and husks of dead bugs that got swept up and taken out.  I tried to make a careful consideration of each particular zone in this space, evaluating the tools and supplies stored there, asking myself if I am still actively using them, or would they be better off stashed in some less accessible, long term storage spot.  Space is limited in this studio so these are things I need to consider.

I cleared out some large raising stakes I don't use much at all to make room for more spots to hang new hammers that do get used.  Installed a rack for cut disks waiting to be raised into vessels, rather than just piling them on a stump.  I feel like between what I cleared out and what got better organized into more compact zones the space is opened up a bit more.  At least it feels that way to me.  I like having open surfaces readily available to lay tools, supplies, or projects out on as I'm working.  Those open spaces were getting clogged with stuff.  Now they are again open and ready for fresh clogging!

Again, it often looked like I wasn't getting anywhere as one zone got cleared out, cluttering up the rest of the space, until it's area was swept clean and all moved back in.

Shelves over by the torch station are in much better order. I even found space to store extra wax on the bottom shelf, giving that a better home than where it was perpetually sitting on a chair.

I have completed my learning journal for this BB.  Took 2 days to get the shed sorted.  Still much more work to do.  But as they say: a work in progress.  Next step, fit out the shelving so it is functional.  As I learn more and get better at cleaning up, I can add to my journal so I have a worth while SkIP book.

Thanks for the motivation, this was long overdue.  Spent a bit of time in the garage cleaning today.  The ultimate goal is to get to the wall to insulate and sheet rock.  I made excellent progress in my quest today as I could not even access the target shelf/pile before I began.  I moved and sorted materials, swept, and made a pile for dump run (not pictured).  Alexa gave me the time in these photos to show that I indeed spent a couple hours cleaning.

Note: This does not appear to be a shop.  Plus the "after" view is still so cluttered it's hard to tell if an hour of cleaning was completed.

Been working on this for a couple of weeks now, little by little.  Currently using the floor as my work area until I find the "right" workbench - "right" to me means free or from the thrift shop -- most of the organizing materials here are from either a garage sale or thrift shop.  Save where it's less important so you can spend where it's more important.

This is my shop, I do not have an outbuilding but I do have a workspace that I do all my sit down work. I sharpen blades here, I tinker on machines here, I do everything here.

As you can see, it is cluttered from all my hobbies. I had to put away some 20+ year old black powder rifles that had not seen the light of day and I'm working on cleaning. I also had parts and pieces strewn about for cleaning them that all needed to go into one place. Seed packages everywhere! Had to get them wrangled up from mostly three different spots. A ton of packaging that needed to get cleaned up and sorted in the recycling. It was steady work, and it will need more. The following morning, the time sucking task of bringing things to their proper homes such as in the shed, in the tool box, or other places. Lots more parts and pieces sorted.

My "shop" for this, since I don't use my husband's garage space for working, is my lean-to greenhouse. This is where I keep my gardening and animal-related items (apart from food) out of the weather, additional wood scraps for building, and my bric-a-brac.

Actually did this over two days because I cleaned out all the empty plant pots and let them dry overnight before returning to the space in a more organized fashion. Cleaned up the items that don't belong here and put away the garlic I'd been letting dry. Shook out and refolded the plant blankets I'll be needing soon as winter approaches.

I was using the parking space in my garage as a work space for over 2months and I wrapped up my project and cleaned up the space so that a car can park there again. A lot of the cleaning was focused on removing every bit of metal from the floor. I also tidied all of the tools and moves my finished project to it’s permanent place.
