PEP & PEA are 2 distinct programs so PEA bits don't count towards PEP certifications.

My opinion is "cultivated space" means garden areas or similar spaces. I would certify volunteer plantain or dandelion harvesting from a lawn.

Argue for your limitations and they are yours forever.
