Edge case submission
Here is my submission for making a pizza.
This is my crust recipe in french.

Note: The judging criteria require that we can see from the picture of the slice that the pizza is cooked all the way through. I can't tell that from your slide-show, but maybe you took other pictures that didn't get used?

I used an oat flour recipe pictured below. I would give this dough a 3 star rating, definitely edible but not amazing. Not bad for my first attempt at gluten free crust though.

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must:
 - Link to/post the recipe you used (especially the part about the crust)
 - pic of the crust being made
 - pic of the pizza getting it's toppings put on
 - pic of the completed pizza and a slice of pizza
o showing that the pizza is not burnt and it is cooked all the way through

I'm at the BB 20 event and i used the Mother Earth News recipe.
3 cups of lukewarm water (~100 degrees F). Edit - Water too hot will kill the yeast.
1 1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Active Yeast
6 1/2 cups of AP Flour

Mix and allow to stand for 2-5 hours at room temperature in a pot with a lid that is not air tight [it will double in size so pick a big pot]. You can use it right away, but it is easier to work with if you let it sit in the fridge for 3 hours. It can sit in the fridge for up to 2 weeks while you take off portions to use for whatever you want. If you want a sourdough flavor, don't clean the pot when you make the next batch and it will take on more of a sourdough flavor each batch.

I made alot of dough so the boots could have pizza as well.

Here is my submission for " Bake a pizza - PEP BB food.sand.pizza":

I am providing a description of the following:
 - Link to/post the recipe you used (especially the part about the crust)

and photos of the following:
 - pic of the crust being made
 - pic of the pizza getting it's toppings put on
 - pic of the completed pizza and a slice of pizza
o showing that the pizza is not burnt and it is cooked all the way through

For the crust, I used the following:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cups water
mixed and kneaded until smooth, allowed to sit for about 15 minutes, then kneaded a little more and rolled out into a pizza crust shape.

For the toppings, I used roasted cumin seed, tomato puree, sliced red pepper, and sliced crimini mushrooms.

I made pizza for the first time today! I will be making some slight changes next time like spreading the sauce thinner and adding more toppings but I'm happy with what I made.

The dough recipe is from https://www.acouplecooks.com/cast-iron-pizza/#tasty-recipes-89013-jump-target (I didn't follow the topping points as I used what I had in my fridge).

The sauce is from https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/pizza-sauce (the leftover sauce will be reused for pasta this weekend).

I used mushrooms, red roasted peppers and mozzarella for the toppings.
