Very glad to find you folks. I am a big fan of the Weston A Price group. They and Sarah Pope have taught me a lot about health and nutrition.
I have been making butter from my raw milk, but I haven't figured out what to do with the left over buttermilk. Can I culture it to make cultured buttermilk? or just what are others doing with it? Sarah may talk about it on her blog or some of the other bloggers that I follow, but in my searching I haven't come across any information about it. I guess people call it whey, too? Any help would be appreciated.
