Its my 77 gas rabbit and my 2 diesel 83 and 84 rabbits on tall skinny tires that did well for me in rain, slush, snow ,and hard packed snow.  All these wide tires just don't do the trick unless you are in deep sand or mud.   My 2024 ford maverick hybrid has 65 series tires and I would replace them with an 85 series tire but that would void the 8 year 100,000 mile warranty.

I could do everything I want with an acre.  so I take an acre.

1 of my seed grown Meiwa  trees has died and another is in decline.  I have 1 healthy seed grown Meiwa trees doing well and produced a quart of fruit this winter/spring.  I have a PT growing next to them for a rootstock transplant this year.  i have a Meiwa kumquat that has successfully transplanted from Kuharske citrange to FD roots.

Raccoons.  They make excellent fertilizer and are much easier to catch in traps.
Fairy.  I have no problems watering.
Smelly one.  My nose does not work.
teleport.    I don't have livestock and I could make money with this teleportation trick.

Would you rather have squirrel or raccoon problems.

I am near the corner of I-75 and I-74.  while I live in the city I have a rooftop garden with a yard full of fruit trees.  I get 1/3 of my winter heat from solar heating.  This is as close to being off grid as I can afford to do so.  I wish you best of luck.

Southwest Ohio.  does that put you near Cleves,  Northbend, or Shawnie Overlook park.

I leave weed purslane in my garden alone until I am hungry.  I don't have plantain.

I have a goose berry.  It doesn't produce enough to bother with.  It grows very well and is about 5 feet wide and 4 feet tall.
