im currently shopping for a small back hoe, even looking into making one if need be. the small bucket is not an issue to me, i dont care if it takes me a week longer then a full sized back hoe. its more important that i can complete it. I am a disabled Vet and my shoulders took a pounding, theres not much work left in them bones. having something mechanical do the work for me is exciting! I just signed the papers on 32 acres of land and hope to build a house on it. a back hoe reguardless of size would knock years off the building time.keep up the good work.
here is an idea for you, put a set of tiny augers on outriggers that can go down a couple of feet. that way you dont have to worry about sliding
