We are very lucky. We have some great folks in Missoula at The Shipping Depot who help us with shipping out the physical DVDs and permaculture playing cards.

(Photo from TSD's FB page.)

We take them boxes of these things, they store them in the back of their shop, and ship them out right away - often on the day the order is received.

Some times, if folks had the wrong address associated with their PayPal account, and they try to tell us after they placed the order - it's too late!! The order was already shipped! They are that fast.

This is also where we have our private mailbox - the address on the bottom of the daily-ish where it says "send gifts and postcards to."

Plus, they are happy to reuse packaging materials from all the different online ordering we do at wheaton labs.  Locally owned and not a chain store - what's not to like?

Some address databases (the US postal service db, in fact) will balk at Paul's preferred address format above.

The format I typically use is:
2120 S Reserve ST #351
Missoula MT 59801
USA
(Where "S" is for South and "ST" is for Street - these are the preferred USPS abbreviations and the USPS prefers that you do NOT use any periods/dots/punctuation in addresses.)

If you run in to a system that refuses to accept the #-sign in front of our box number, it will work without the #-sign. Or, you could sub PMB (for private mailbox) which I've had to do a very few, rare times.
