So I bought jerusalem artichoke tubers in the spring but never got around to planting them. They've been in my fridge for a couple of months. Anyone know if they stay viable that long? I want to plant them either now or maybe I
should wait til the fall? I need some advice thanks. Also I am in the same predicament for asparagus. Do you think they are still good? I kept them under the same conditions for the same amount of time.
