We are a family of 4 portuguese adults living in dubai. We are looking for a farm with house but need to live near to the permaculture community in Portugal. Which areas do you recommend ? Is Castelo branco a good place to buy the farm? Also if you have any references for land available at a lower budget upto 25k eur please share it with me.

With that budget, it starts to be difficult to buy one farm.
I believe that the Castelo Branco area is the area of the country with the lowest sales values.
I am writing to you from the outskirts of Lisbon, where 1 hectare of simple agricultural land costs around 20 thousand euros.
