My friend has a bandsaw mill and needed a goat/pig shelter. He made 4x8 timbers created a tool to put the notches in the ends. He notches a base course for floor joists. It looks like it would be a great cottage biz where one could order a building/tiny houses to suit.

Our inability to change everything should not stop us from changing what we can.
