Hello from Venice Beach, CA. I have been reading this forum for around a year, and it's incredible, better than a good novel. I love the sense of community and how people are all moving towards their own flavor of permaculture. I myself am ready to start, just looking for the land. I have the capital and the time, so if you know of any good properties in the U.S., I'd be happy to have a look and perhaps even share it with the right group. I have created a FB page https://www.facebook.com/foodforests and it's my hope that some if you would use it to add photos and stores of your own permaculture efforts. So please stop by and post something; it's in need of a mulch layer Thanks, Simon.

Here are a few more plants that I would love to grow in a warmer climate.

I would also like to raise chicken in a open bottom coop over a pond that feeds algae that feed fish, the pond water can also be used to grow vegetable to grow feed the chicken.

I have no problem living in a 5th wheel RV setting while we get the place up and running.

Here are a few places that I found for another post.
Owner financing is available for most of these.
$12,000 per acre OK/lush vegetation already has a well and electric. so with 10 ppl we could buy it.
