Hi I am wondering how to grow flying dragon (Poncirus trifoliata) from seeds as cold hardy rootstocks. I just ordered a pack of 10 seeds online and I plan on having them as rootstocks for various citrus trees so they can overwinter in zone 6b in the future. Should I plant the seeds in the ground or in pots? If they are in the pots, do they need to be bought indoors in the winter? Thanks.
