Kauai permaculture working homestead in Kauai coming up available.
Kapa'a Hawaii. 0.75 acres.

This permaculture homestead which has been a labour of love for us will be available in mid-spring of 2024.
This homestead is in the heart of Kapa'a nestled in the sought after Wailua homesteads, behind sleeping giant mountain. This location creates a unique environment for effortless permaculture growth, all year round.
With this, the homestead includes a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, move-in ready, fully functional with a remodeled kitchen, new plumbing, recent roof replacement, solar, and all of the comforts of home. 1560 sq.ft.
This homestead is a gardener/farmer's dream with all the comforts of home including a new hot tub and sauna.
The property also has a storage shed and a separate outdoor workshop structure. Multiple water hook-ups covering the property.
This property qualifies to build an ADU and has the space for it.

The property is designed as in permaculture design, with a swale that absorbs rainwater year round and disperses it to the countless plants on property.
This homestead contains years of growth with active production and room for more that is limitless to one's desires. Always organic with a permaculture twist.
This is a special place that we would like to pass on to those who will appreciate it, enjoy it, and allow it to continue to flourish.

Gorgeous property! Thanks for the photos.

I'm scared to ask what the street value is.

BTW, how do you manage the (in)famous Kauai feral chickens?

Thank you. It is a high demand area for real estate with limited supply.
The chickens we let come and go, a lot of people trap them here on island. They are ever present. ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ“

Hello, this sounds so beautiful! How much are you asking for the property?

Joel Salatin has signs on his property that say "Trespassers will be Impressed!" Impressive tiny ad:
