Labels wiped off my tomatoes - how to tell if bush or cordon varieties?

Morning all,

The labels for my tomatoes have been wiped off so I am unsure as to which type they are (I sowed both bush and cordon).

I know if you pinch out the suckers for the bush varieties I will get no fruit so I'm thinking of maybe removing 50% as a safe bet?

This time I am going to use a permanent marker!

I've yet to find a "permanent" pen for plant marking. Pencil actually seems to have worked best for me so far.

I planted both also and was just lazy about labeling. I don't prune at all except for the lower leaves on the plants. Maybe if you let them get a bit bigger you will notice their growth habits more clearly. I have added stakes to all of mine when they were first put in and now I see I got some of the longer stakes at the shorter plants and vice versa.
I like using pencil also and lately have been trying/testing a 'Listo' marker, more like a crayon but meant for marking metals,etc. and seems to work well on my old window shade labels.
