Hello,

I did a search but did not find an answer. Sorry if this topic is elsewhere. Please point me in the right direction

We live in NW Arizona. Elevation is around 6000'', average rain is 10" and snow around 14". Rain is mostly from summer monsoons. Winters can get down to -10f but does not stay there for long periods of time.
We would like to plant a small fruit orchard. Any suggestions for types of fruit and when we can plant, based on our location? We also are having a pond dug with hopes of using this for irrigation. However pond is filled from rain not water table so it might be a bust. Worst case we will supplement with additional water if needed on top of monsoons.

Thanks!

If you like strawberry rhubarb pie, try blueberry rhubarb (bluebarb) pie. And try this tiny ad:
